P25-17788 – 3500 Old Tyler Rd – Fail to ID:
Officers responded for a stalled vehicle and contacted Oscar Reyes. Oscar provided a fictitious name which was already listed as an alias for him in Spillman. Oscar was found to have an active FTA/Agg Assault warrant and was taken into custody. He was also charged for providing the fictitious name.
P25-17803 – 2012 Durst St – Criminal Trespass:
Officers responded for a report of a criminal trespass by supposed naked individuals. Upon arrival, Quiono Tucker and Celeste Walker were located and found to be clothed. Officer Brice recalled issuing Celeste a CTW not too long ago and management wished to file charges. She was arrested. Quiono left the property after receiving a CTW.
P25-17817 – Assault – 1711 Eliza St:
Officers responded to Nacogdoches Medical Center and contacted the victim Shan Tatt and his girlfriend Megan Tipps. Shan reported that he was assaulted by a subject named “Little Joe” later identified as Joe Pugh. Megan and Deidre Smith were found to be witnesses to the assault which occurred over a money disagreement. Medical release completed and warrant requested for Joe.
